John Smoltz is a Hall of Fame pitcher who spent the majority of his 22-year career with the Atlanta Braves, earning recognition as one of the most dominant arms of his era. A Cy Young Award winner and eight-time All-Star, Smoltz combined elite pitching ability and leadership in the clubhouse to help drive the Braves’ success in the 1990s and 2000s, including a World Series title in 1995. Since retiring, he has remained active in baseball through broadcasting, mentoring youth players, and promoting the growth of the game.
